Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges – We’re Here to Help

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help! Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags still attached
  • In its original packaging

Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at returns@kafimall.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please note: Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card or other method) within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at returns@kafimall.com and send the item to the address we provide.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note: we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
